First here are several websites covering most topics, which are a good starting point.

The Energy Saving Trust is an independent organisation and a recognised authority on energy saving. Their website covers a wide range of actions to cut energy use.

The Centre for Sustainable Energy is a charity with practical info and research reports on tackling the climate emergency and achieving warmer homes.  Their series of Home Energy Fact Sheets  covers most topics

Which has useful articles covering a wide range of energy saving and retrofit issues.  e.g. Ways to save on your energy bills.

Gov.uk has lots of good core information, including  Energy saving advice, and  Finding energy grants. Some pages offer phone support which can be excellent.  It can be tricky to find the page you want, it helps to put gov.uk in your search.

South Shropshire Climate Action and Herefordshire Green Network are excellent local sites with information and networking.

Ofgem   have useful background info on your rights, energy company obligations, and energy saving tips.
